- Refunds are processed if cancellations meet our applicable cancellation window.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or bookings made during blackout dates.
- Partial usage of booking will not qualify for any refund.
- Returns are not applicable, as we provide hospitality services and not physical products.
